Who are we?

Founded in 1994 by Piero Salussolia, Piero Salussolia, P.A. (“PSPA”) provides specialized, dedicated service to an international clientele. After being a partner in the International Tax division of a worldwide law firm, Mr. Salussolia started his own firm to provide clients with the highly personalized service. Our professionals appreciate the importance of a personalized attorney-client relationship and are dedicated to being responsive to each client’s specific concerns and requirements. Our firm’s mission is to provide the highest quality legal representation possible. PSPA has represented influential Italian corporations and individuals as well as the Italian Consulate in Miami. PSPA was specifically founded to assist European and Latin American clientele coming to the United States and American clientele going to Europe and Latin America; as well as a bridge to European clients entering the Central, South American and Caribbean markets. PSPA has an extensive network of correspondent offices throughout the Americas, the Caribbean and Europe to cater to our client’s specific needs. Piero Salussolia Esq

Lawyer

Born in Alice Castello (Italy), Piero Salussolia has been practicing law in the United States since 1984 and is a member of the Florida and California Bars. He is also a member of the International Law Section and the Tax and Fiscal Section of the Florida Bar (where he was Vice-Chair of the International Tax Committee from 1989 to 1992). Mr. Salussolia was a founding member of the Italian American Chamber of Commerce South East Chapter, of which he served as Executive Vice President. Mr. Salussolia received a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Studies of Turin (Italy), an M.A. in Political Science from San Francisco State University, a J.D. from the University of San Francisco, and an LL.M. in Tax Law from New York University. He began his legal career at a major Miami law firm and later joined a major international law firm, where he focused on international tax law. Mr. Salussolia has been awarded the prestigious title of «Knight of the Italian Republic» for his services to the Italian community. He is a speaker at seminars both in the United States and abroad and the author of numerous publications in the field of international investment and international tax law. He speaks Italian, English, Spanish and French.

Mónica Tirado Esq

Lawyer

Mónica Tirado was born in Bogotá, Colombia. She received her law and political science degree from Universidad Santo Tomas in Bogotá in 2002. She obtained the homologation of her law degree in the city of Miami, Florida and is a member of the Miami Bar Association. She has a specialization in tax law from Boston University.

Her practice within the firm focuses on real estate, corporate, commercial, immigration and intellectual property law. He has experience in the drafting of trusts and asset protection.

He has managed important commercial transactions and real estate projects both nationally and internationally, including the management of several properties in the old part of Panama City. He is currently Vice President of the La Estancia Golf Resort project located in La Romana, Dominican Republic.

Vice President of Piero Salussolia Corporate Management Inc. since 2009, managing the management of domestic and foreign companies and private interest foundations.

She was a speaker at the seminar on Investments in the United States in Bogota- Colombia and is co-author of numerous publications of the IUS GENTIUM edition in English and Spanish. She is currently an active member of the Italian and Colombian Chamber of Commerce.

She has received recognition for her achievements in promoting Latin American business culture. He worked for an important firm in Colombia, where he worked in the area of conciliation and conflict resolution in civil matters. She speaks Spanish, English and conversational Italian.

Giannina Camacho

Accounting

Born in Maracaibo, Zulia State, Venezuela, he obtained his degree in Public Accounting from Rafael Belloso Chacin University in 2006.

 

Within the firm he works in the area of human resources, property management, business accounting, preparation of financial statements, invoicing, management of accounts receivable and payable, management of transfers with different national and international banking entities.

 

She has worked in different transnational companies in her native country in the area of HR and finance. She is an active member of the National Notary Association of Florida. He speaks Spanish and English.

Patricia Velázquez

Administrative Assistant

Born in Puerto Ordaz, Bolivar State, Venezuela, he obtained his degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Gran Mariscal de Ayacucho in 2002.

Within the firm he works in the administrative area and accounting assistance, in the projection of financial reports and follows up the economic transfer activities with different banking entities, bank reconciliations, control and follow up of real estate processes in the Dominican Republic.

He has worked for several multinational oil service companies in his native country. He is an active member of the National Notary Association of Florida. He speaks Spanish and English.

María José Román​

Legal and Administrative Assistant

Born in Puerto Ordaz Venezuela, she obtained her degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Gran Mariscal de Ayacucho in 2005.

She worked for 10 years in the National Electric Energy Company in her native country. She is an active member of the National Notary Association of Florida.

Within the firm she works as an assistant and administrative support in the different operative areas of the firm. She provides general assistance in the management and organization of the office, administration and logistics, and accounting of the companies.

Patrizia Fedele

Italian Administrative Assistant

Born in Italy, she obtained her degree in Business Administration and International Languages at the Istituto Colomba Antonietti in Rome.

Within the firm she works in the administrative area in the different operative areas of the firm in Italy. She is in charge of directing and coordinating commercial relations with Italian clients.
